Telehealth Office Policies and Responsibilities 

We have been providing telehealth services since to the Covid 19 pandemic. During this time, we have tried to be flexible to accommodate patients and make this a smooth transition.   For the foreseeable future we will continue to provide telehealth services to our patients.   Please carefully read our telehealth office policies listed here, and if you have any questions, please contact our office at 301-944-2746.

Telehealth appointments are scheduled appointments.

Our provider links do not change and should be kept on file to use for future appointments.  
Make sure you have an internet connection during your appointment time.
Since visits are confidential you should be located in a private place so you can speak freely during your appointment.
Do not try to attend an appointment while you are driving in your car due to safety concerns.

Please log in to the telehealth platform at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you have a problem logging in you must call the office during your scheduled appointment time and either speak directly with our office staff or leave a message for your provider that you are having connection issues. Our cancellation and missed appointments policies are still in place and are applicable to telehealth appointments.

We require 48 business hours notice of cancellation for all appointments.
All late cancellations and no show appointments are billed at full fee and are not payable by insurance.
Please contact our office after your appointment to pay your copay and set up your next appointment.
