Lisa Gordon, M.D.

Dr. Gordon is a Board Certified Psychiatrist with extensive expertise treating mental health conditions and emotional challenges. She has been in practice for over 25 years with vast experience across inpatient and outpatient behavioral health-care settings. She specializes in both Psychopharmacology and Cultural Psychiatry and initially began her career as an Assistant Professor, conducting research and providing specially-designed Cultural Psychiatry training to medical students and residents. While Dr. Gordon’s main focus is psychiatric evaluation and medication management, she also provides psychotherapy services.

H. Brian Berthiaume, LCSW-C

Mr. Berthiaume earned his Masters' in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and his Master of Arts in Special Education from Trinity Washington University in Washington, D.C.  He established and ran three small high schools in Montgomery County, MD for students with emotional and drug/alcohol problems.  The Association of Recovery Schools has presented to Mr. Berthiaume the Jim Czarniecki Visionary Award for establishing the first recovery high school in the nation in 1979 and for his "outstanding contributions to the field of recovery schools.” Mr. Berthiaume provides cognitive behavioral therapy for adolescents, adults and couples.  Mr. Berthiaume has been with the practice since March of 2004.  Ext: 305

Jackie Gonzalez, PMHNP-BC

Jackie Gonzalez is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner  (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care throughout the lifespan. With over 25 years of experience in critical care nursing and clinical leadership, Jackie brings a deep understanding of complex patient needs and interdisciplinary care to her psychiatric practice. Her extensive background in high-acuity settings has sharpened her clinical judgment, resilience, and ability to lead with empathy—skills she now applies to supporting individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Known for her empathetic communication and collaborative approach, Jackie focuses on creating safe and inclusive spaces where clients feel heard and empowered. She integrates psychopharmacology with therapeutic support and holistic strategies to promote long-term wellness and resilience. Jackie holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health and continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education and mental health advocacy. Whether working in outpatient, community, or telehealth settings, she is dedicated to helping clients reclaim their mental health and thrive.
